![]() Have you or someone you know ever thought about becoming a member of the Roman Catholic faith but didn’t know how to go about it? Have you been baptized but not received First Holy Communion and/or Confirmation?
Our RCIA Program is for those age 18 years and older who desire to become a full member of the Roman Catholic Faith. RCIA and Adult Confirmation Preparation Sessions will be held on Thursday Evenings at 7:00 PM via Zoom, beginning in October. Sacraments will be received during the Easter Vigil Mass on April 8, 2023. RCIA for Children, Youth and Families Our program is designed for children between the ages of 7 and 18 years old who are unbaptized or baptized in another Christian tradition and now desire (or parents/guardians desire) that the child/youth becomes Roman Catholic or baptized in the Catholic church, but has had little or no religious education or training and desire to receive First Holy Communion/Confirmation. Children in our RCIA for Children and RCIA for Youth will be prepared to receive their needed sacraments by attending classes designed just for them. Sessions begin in October. RCIA for Children (ages 7 to 14) will be held on Monday Evenings from 6:30 PM until 7:30 PM in the Faith Formation Center. Sessions for RCIA for Youth (ages 15 to 18) will be held on Friday evenings via Zoom from 6:30 PM until 7:30 PM. Friday evening sessions are also open to entire families who desire to become Catholic together. Monthly “Growing up Catholic” will be scheduled for children in the RCIA for Children Program. These sessions provide the opportunity for the child and the parents/guardians to attend a class together to receive instruction in our Catholic faith. |
